DESCRIPTION

The intelligent reaction vessel with a touchscreen interface and mechanical stirring features a compact, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing desktop design. It is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, materials science, and metallurgy—specifically for applications including catalytic reactions, polymerization, supercritical reactions, high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis, and hydrogenation. It serves as an invaluable tool for laboratories in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises. Compared to magnetic stirring, mechanical stirring provides more thorough mixing, making it particularly well-suited for viscous substances. The unit comes standard with a three-blade impeller, though other impeller types can be provided upon request.

1. Features an integrated desktop design with a compact, lightweight structure and an elegant, refined appearance—ideally suited for placement on laboratory benchtops.

2. Equipped with a magnetically coupled mechanical stirring system, which ensures thorough mixing and is better suited for viscous materials than standard magnetic stirring.

3. The reactor vessel is precision-machined from a solid metal bar (CNC-processed) with no welded joints; constructed from 316L stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance.

4. Includes a 7-inch industrial-grade touchscreen for real-time monitoring of key operational parameters, such as stirring speed, reactor temperature, furnace temperature, and pressure.

5. Incorporates safety interlocks with alarms for over-temperature and over-pressure conditions; the system automatically cuts power and shuts down if preset limits are exceeded, ensuring operational safety.

6. Supports both fixed-setpoint and programmed temperature control modes, allowing for multi-stage heating/cooling, constant-temperature holding, and step-sequencing to meet the requirements of complex experimental processes.

7. Operational data—including temperature, pressure, and stirring speed—can be exported to an Excel file via a USB flash drive, facilitating the storage and analysis of experimental results.
