DESCRIPTION

The fully enclosed dry nitrogen blowdown concentrator is one of the new concentration products developed from multiple perspectives, including user convenience, safety, speed and stability. Starting from the convenience of use and the safety of samples, the product is designed with 50-stage program temperature control, electric lifting, high sample visualization, high air tightness and other features, and realizes multiple sets of data storage functions, making the whole concentration process safe and convenient, and one-handed control, making the cumbersome concentration process flexible, worry-free, efficient and safe.

FEATURES

1. Adopt 5 modes, 50-step program temperature control method, high degree of intelligence

2. Dry heating is used for heating to prevent samples from being contaminated by water vapor, ensuring the safety and accuracy of samples

3. The heating module is made of pure aviation aluminum, with fast heating speed and good uniformity, and the module can be replaced at will

4. The four sides of the module are visualized, and the sample tray adopts drawer-type push-pull sampling, which is very convenient to observe the liquid level without dead angles

5. The blowing needle lifting method adopts two modes: fine-tuning lifting and fast lifting, without manual lifting

6. Adopt automatic pressure regulating device to ensure each gas path The pressure uniformity is guaranteed.

7. Built-in multi-group data storage function allows timely viewing of machine operation data.

8. Double-sealed door mirror protection system and built-in circulating fan system are used, which does not require ventilation windows to ensure no leakage of volatile substances.

9. The chassis uses two observation windows on the front and side to facilitate observation of sample conditions.

10. Nitrogen preheating function, the gas introduced is hot gas (temperature: about 45 degrees), which speeds up the concentration reaction of the sample and prevents condensation between the volatilized concentrate and the blow needle, ensuring that the sample will not be contaminated or cross-infected.

11. Nitrogen preheating function and independent throttling solenoid valve control ensure the air tightness of the gas path and greatly save nitrogen consumption.
